Richardson Glass toothpick holder

Description	:	Richardson Glass made a variety of pieces made in the shape of tulips. This one is a toothpick holder in an EPNS holder. The slight hint of blue seen at the top rim is actually opalescence. Richardson used a very low percentage of uranium dioxide in his glass batch during this time period, so the yellow is very muted, but it does glow under a UV light.
