Unknown EAPG small compote

Description	:	It resembles the pattern called "Jabot" pre-1910 and has an unknown manufacture. This doesn't have Jabot's banding, and it does have the funny star/fan thing above and around the diamond block of hobs. I had thought Peerless, but I'm lost....It is 4-5/8 wide x 3 wide base x 4-1/2 tall. Inez
